In order to better serve you, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new change in the players support request Team. From now on, our Support Team will be available to answer your support requests within less than 24 hours.

 

In order to send a Support Request to DKLegend Support Team, you need to send an email to the well-known address: dklhelp@gmail.com or simply by filling a short form on website that you can access by login in to your account on website then select Member>Support>Add ticket (you can read the replies from the website tickets by selecting the tickets subject name).

 

Our Support Team will be glad to help you as much as they can for the following issues:

-Login issues (recovering your account, username, passwords).

-Account Management (Modifying your account email°.

-In-game issues (scams, lost items etc...).

-Reporting & suspensions (Ban information, reporting a player etc…).

-Market issues (Buying Market points, buying wrong item etc…).
